Exhibition booths
Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space with or without an erected booth. A standard exhibition booth includes assembling and dismantling of the booth, lighting and the company name plate on the booth. By special order we can provide additional equipment, such as furniture, extra stand materials and communication services.

Expo Café
Trade fair participants receive a 20% discount. Our catering options include menus for all occasions––breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee break, fork and fingerfood buffet, cold and hot buffet. Tableware and inventory for rent. Waiter’s services in your stand.

Visa Support
Upon the request of exhibitors, BT 1 can provide assistance in sending invitations and processing necessary documents for obtaining entrance visas to the Republic of Latvia. gatis.ozols@bt1.lv

Logistics and Customs Services
Upon the request of exhibitors, BT 1 provides assistance in dealing with customs formalities and in transporting exhibits.
